A custom wire order can include steel grade, diameter, tensile strength, coating, and packaging in one specification. We have manufactured wire for more than 25 years and accept unusual or hard-to-source requests. Our sales team uses the submitted requirements to determine whether we can produce the requested wire.
Our material range includes low-, mid-, and high-carbon steel plus several 300-series stainless steel grades. Annealing, hard drawing, and patenting let us match the specified tensile strength. We produce C1001-C1006 wire from 0.3 to 3.0 mm and common 300-series stainless wire from 0.1 to 3.0 mm.
