Music Spring Wire
Music wire is one of the most common wire types used in small springs. This grade offers superior strength for spring applications with repeating levels of high stress. Music Spring Wire requires a minimum Carbon Content of 0.70% (C1070) and higher. Our Music Spring wire is available in phosphated, copper, and galvanized coatings. WCJ offers sizes from 0.018”(0.45mm) to 0.088” (2.2mm).
Hard Drawn MB Spring Wire
Hard-drawn, also known as “cold-drawn” spring wires are commonly used for commercial quality springs. These wires are made from medium and medium-high carbon steel (C1045-C1085). WCJ hard-drawn spring Wire is available in sizes .120” (3.00mm) to .018 (0.45mm).
