Spiral Binding, Baling Wire, & Wire Handling Equipment
WCJ Pilgrim also offers spiral binding wire, durable baling wire, and wire handling equipment to improve the safety and efficiency of despooling and lifting. Our spiral binding wires are available in all common spool types with a wide range of treatment options and diameters ranging from .36 to 3.00 mm. All baling wire is manufactured to deliver uniform strength and is pliable enough for continual handling with reduced breakage and machine downtime. Additional wire handling equipment is designed to improve the efficiency of despooling and lifting processes at your facility and can be customized to fit unique project requirements.
Spiral Binding
As the predominant solution for bookbinding, spiral binding wire can be customized to meet any unique specifications concerning surface coatings, wire diameters, tensile strength, and any color of PET / Nylon polymer coatings. All spiral binding wire meets Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) standards for total lead content. Properly coated spiral binding offers impressive corrosion resistance and consistent tensile strength.

Baling Wire
Manufactured to suit all applications, WCJ Pilgrim baling wire is available in either black annealed or galvanized finishes. Packages include 50-pound coils,100-pound coils, and single-loop ties.
