Wire Sizes
- For Common Steel Grades C1001 Through C1006 WCJ can produce wires between .3mm () and 3.00mm
- For Common 300 Grade Stainless Steel Wires WCJ can offer Wires between .1mm () and 3.00mm
Tensile Strength

Custom Wire Coatings & Platings
Electroplated Wire
Wire can be electroplated to the customer’s specifications in both coating type and thickness. WCJ offers electroplated wires with coating types; Galvanized (Zinc), Tin, Copper, and Nickel.
Polymer Coated Wire
Our custom polymer-coated steel wire options include but are not limited to PET, PP, PU, and more. Polymer-coated wires offer a nonmetallic coating option for corrosion resistance and aesthetic benefit due to nearly unlimited color options.
Hot Dip Galvanizing
As a custom wire manufacturer, WCJ Pilgrim offers hot dip galvanized galvanizing wires for unique wire requirements, that require a thicker and more rugged coating. and can provide a thicker coating than electro-galvanized making it suitable for outdoor applications that demand considerable longevity.
